Weekly Tibetan Astrology: April 19 - April 25, 2010

 NOTE: All indications tell us this will be a terrible week in Kham. Please pray for all beings there who have come to suffer because of the earthquake. It is highly possible there will be storms, fighting, strong aftershocks, and other complications. Similar conditions are possible elsewhere in the world. There may be further, significant geological events this week.


April 19, 2010 - Chinese 6th, M-T-K 5th. Sheep, Khon, Blue 3. Today is zin phung. The Kagyu calendars have this as Kalu Rinpoche's anniversary. Abundance, or at least assistance, is available to us but may be obstructed by divisiveness. Aid to the needy may be delayed by jurisdictional arguments. Problems with delivery of medical services. Disorder may break out. Beware of geological or environmental events. Beware disturbing the water element. Not auspicious for burials.

April 20, 2010 - Chinese 7th, M-T-K 6th. Monkey, Dwa, Green 4. Today is yan kwong. The government will prevail, but there may be increased loss of life. What a terrible cost! Beware of geological or environmental events. These are very trying times.

April 21, 2010 - Chinese 8th, M-T-K 7th. Bird, Khen, Yellow 5. Some calendars have today as Buddha's Birthday. Other calendars have that for either the 20th or 21st of May. Further unrest is possible, directly along the lines of Monday's indications.

April 22, 2010 - Chinese 9th, M-T-K 8th. Dog, Kham, White 6. Beware the outbreak of disease in refugee camps. Today is nevertheless regarded as Drubjor, so sucess is indicated in all matters.

April 23, 2010 - Chinese 10th, M-T-K 9th. Pig, Gin, Red 7. Devote today to practices and rituals intended to overcome hazards.

April 24, 2010 -  Chinese 11th, M-T-K 11th. Mouse, Zin, White 8. Note omitted day yesterday. Today is observed as Guru Rinpoche Day. Devote today to traditional practices. It is particularly important to set aside 6:00 p.m. today for a Shower of Blessings tsog.

April 25, 2010 - Chinese 12th, M-T-K 12th. Ox, Zon, Red 9. Today is zin phung. Substantial help will begin to be felt in afflicted places of this world.

Naga observations for the third month: Four good days and several bad days this month. The four very good (lunar) days are 5, 22, 23, and 25. The particularly bad (lunar) days are 4, 6, 8, 13, 15, 16, 18, 28.
